As natural product industry brokers, merchandisers, and health practitioners. We found ourselves in need of great Brand Ambassadors for our brands, stores and events. With almost 10 years experience planning and executing large scale events for the movie industry, we had high expectations. After years of searching, we were frustrated to have only found "samplers" and "demo people". None were providing authentic experiences. None were living natural lifestyles to match the brands they were engaging the customer about. Most were poorly paid and un-educated on how to represent a Brand. This was a problem we decided to try and fix ourselves. And from that, SoCal Naturals was born.
We decided we would only put great "Brand Ambassadors" in place to represent our products in stores and at our events. We sought out truly passionate people who were educated in the industry, lived healthy lifestyles, shopped in the health stores and would be strong branding specialists. We hold these same standards today. It takes a lot of time and patience to find the right people, but we believe we have done it right.
With great service providers in place, we take the time and effort to really work at finding good matches for our Brands. This is the most important part of our success. We make sure we believe in and proudly partner with the Brands we take on.
Once we align with our Brands, we then implement our "FOCU5" program. We have found this instrumental in keeping us on track and building each and every brand we take on. We are always open to change and adjusting our programs to flow along with our ever-growing industry for optimal results. This authentic process helps keep our team accountability intact, even with our extreme growth. We find ourselves ever grateful to be able to stay true to our small town roots while branching out and becoming a larger company.
